Sézane x Bonton
Sézane is one of those dreamy French fashion labels I obsess over. Like Maje, Sandro, Claudie Pierlot and Isabel Marant. I want to wear everything and look like the models in the pics – effortlessly beautiful, a bit bohemian, lots of sun-kissed hair with a natural wave to it which I’ve attempted many times (and failed, according to my husband who after months of waiting for me to get ready because I was trying to do the wave admitted I look better with straight hair anyway and, his words, ‘ don’t ever seem to get the look I’m trying to achieve’).
Anyway… Sézane have collaborated with another iconic French brand, children’s label Bonton. Who do much the same as Sézane but for little ones. The two have come together to create a capsule collection of icon pieces which make up the dream girls wardrobe. Obviously, it’s super cool. But it has a relaxed, charming quality. Some of my favourite pieces include Liberty print blouses and frilly swim pants, a white cotton shirt with a high collar and a sweet white embroidered dress.
Most of the collection is available for age 4-10 years – so great for that often-tricky age – and prices range from £35-£75. It’s available to buy now on the Sézane website. Here’s my edit. How pretty are the pics? Click the pic to go directly to the product to buy…
